Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, high‑volume periods. or for large custom orders.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
If you want to add Canada or other regions later, choose expand regions.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

8. Pre‑Orders & Backorders
If an item is on pre‑order or backorder, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page. Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items may ship together unless otherwise noted.
