Refund Policy

At The Labeled Leaf, we want you to love your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for orders placed on thelabeledleaf.com.

2. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at asha@thelabeledleaf.com with photos of the issue.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • We made an error in fulfillment

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.
